RE-ASSEMBLY
After removing your scooter from a vehicle and placing it on level ground, check if it is
undamaged before starting to assemble it as follows:
1. Undo the adjustment knob, release strap and raise the tiller into the upright position and
secure by tightening the knob.
NOTE: Steps 2 and 3 below pertain to the model 224 only.
2. Attach the rear section by lifting the front section, and positioning it onto the rear
section ensuring that the front frame pegs engage in the rear section forks.
3. Lock the frame sections together by stepping gently onto the floor pan until it clicks
into place.
4. Attach the under-seat basket, ensuring it is secured by the magnets.
5. Re-install the battery pack, sliding it gently down the guides until it is securely in
position.
6. Lift the seat and install on the seat post ensuring it is fully engaged, and does not rock or rotate
on its own.
