Warranty Information
Tacktick Limited or its authorized Distributors will repair or replace
a Tacktick product free of charge where a manufacturing fault
becomes apparent within two years of the purchase date provided:
1. No unauthorized attempt has been made to repair the
product.
2. The product has not been misused, operated outside of its
intended environment or operated in a manner which is
incompatible with the written instructions supplied on
purchase.
Proof of purchase date is required for the warranty period to
be valid.
Due to the removable nature of the Tacktick product, on board
service will only be available with prior consent from Tacktick or its
authorized Distributors.
Failure within the warranty period:
Simply return the product to your nearest authorized Tacktick
Distributor, together with proof of purchase date.
Failure outside the warranty period:
Simply return your product to the nearest authorized Tacktick
Distributor and an estimation for repair will be provided.
