•Thereisanallroundclearviewofthehorizon.
•Itisnottoohighabovethewater-themaximumrecommended
heightisonenotexceedinghalfthelengthoftheboat.
•Itisasnearaspossibletothecenterlineoftheboat.
•Onarigidmountingplatformthatisnotsubjecttoexcessive
vibration.
•Awayfromtheedgeoftheboat.Thiswillminimizeexcessive
motion,whichcanadverselyaffectreception.
•Clearofanyradarbeam.Thiscouldadverselyaffectantenna
operation.
