5.3 GPS Check
Select the chart page:
1. Press PAGE/MENU to show the available pages in the toolbar.
2. Press PAGE/MENU to switch between the available pages.
3. Press OK when the chart is displayed.
Check data:
With the chart displayed, you should see.
• Your boat position (indicates a GPS fix)
Your current position is represented by a boat symbol or solid
circle. Your position is also displayed in the data bar under VES
POS.
Note: A solid circle on the chart indicates that neither heading nor
Course Over Ground (COG) data is available.
5.4 Transducer check
Select the fishfinder page:
1. Press PAGE/MENU to show the available pages in the toolbar.
2. Press PAGE/MENU to switch between the available pages.
3. Press OK when the fishfinder is displayed
Check data:
With the fishfinder active you should see:
• Depth reading (indicates the transducer is working
The depth is shown in large white numbers at the bottom left of
the screen
