SelectingRangeControlswillswitchbetweenshowingand
hidingtheon-screenrangecontrols.
Sharedbrightness
Youcansetupsharedbrightnessgroupstoadjustthebrightness
onmultipleunitssimultaneously.
Thefollowingunitsarecompatiblewithsharedbrightnessgroups:
•NewcSeriesmultifunctiondisplays.
•NeweSeriesmultifunctiondisplays.
•i50
•i60
•i70
•p70/p70Rpilotcontrollers
•ST70
•ST70+
Oncecompatibleunitsareaddedtoasharedbrightnessgroup,
anybrightnessadjustmentmadetoanyoftheunitsinthegroup
isalsoreectedinallotherunitsinthatgroup.Anon-screen
singlebrightnesscontrolisavailableforcontrollinganyunitsinthe
brightnessgroup:
Multiplebrightnessgroupscanbecongured.Thiscanreect
thephysicallocationoftheunitsonyourvesselifrequired.For
example,theunitsatyourhelmcanbesettoonegroup,and
theunitsontheybridgecanbesettoadifferentgroup.Inthis
example,anybrightnessadjustmentsmadetoaunitatthehelm
wouldbeautomaticallyreectedintheotherunitsatthehelmbut
notontheybridge.
Thesharedbrightnessfunctionrequiresthefollowing:
•Allunitsmustbecompatiblewiththesharedbrightnessfunction
(seelistofcompatibleunitsabove).
•Beforeaunitcanrespondtoasharedbrightnessadjustmentit
mustbeassignedtotherelevantBrightnessGroup.
•Asingleunitcanonlybelongtoonebrightnessgroupatanyone
time.
