Youcanuseyourmultifunctiondisplaytocontrolyourautopilot.
Note:Forinformationonconnectingyourmultifunctiondisplay
toaRaymarineautopilotsystem,refertothedocumentationthat
accompaniedyourautopilot.
WiththeAutopilotControlfunctionenabled,youcanuseyour
multifunctiondisplayto:
•Engagetheautopilotandinstructittofollowaroute,orawaypoint.
•Disengagetheautopilot.
•Silencethewaypointarrivalalarm.

ThePilotControldialogisdisplayedinthefollowingsituations:
•WhenyouselectMenu>Navigate>GotoWaypoint,Goto
CursororFollowRouteoptioninthechartapplication.
•WhenyouselectGotoWaypointorGotoCursorusingthechart
contextmenu.
•Whenyouplacethecursoroveranactiverouteorwaypoint
onthechartandselectStopGoto,StopFolloworAdvance
Waypointfromthecontextmenu.
•Whenyouarefollowingarouteorgoingtoawaypointorcursor
position,andselectMenu>Navigate>StopGoto,StopFollow,
orAdvanceWaypoint.
•Whenyouarriveatatargetwaypoint.
Note:
Whenarrivingatawaypoint,thedialogtitlebarturnsredto
indicatewaypointarrival.
Enablingtheautopilotcontrolfunction
Fromthehomescreen:
1.SelectSet-up.
2.SelectSystemSettings.
3.SelectAutopilotControlsothatOnishighlighted.
SelectingAutopilotControlwillswitchthecontrolbetweenOn
andOff.
Disengagingtheautopilotinanemergency
Withtheautopilotengaged:
1.PressandreleasethePOWERbutton.
2.SelectPILOTSTANDBY.
Theautopilotisdisengaged,andputintostandbymode.
Disengagingtheautopilot
Inthechartapplicationwiththeautopilotengaged:
1.SelectMenu>Navigate>StopGotoorStopFollow.
ThePilotControldialogisdisplayed.
2.SelectSTANDBY.
Theautopilotisdisengaged,andputinstandbymode.
Engagingtheautopilot
Inthechartapplication:
1.SelectMenu>Navigate>GotoCursor,GotoWaypoint,or
FollowRouteasappropriate.
ThePilotControldialogisdisplayed.
2.SelectEngagePilot—Track.
3.Selecttheappropriateoptiontoengagetheautopilot.

1.Positionthecursoroverawaypoint,orawaypointinaroute.
Thechartobjectcontextmenuisdisplayed.
2.SelectGotoWaypoint.
3.SelectEngagePilot—Track.

ThefollowingdisplaysincludeadedicatedPilotbuttonwhichcan
beusedtoengageanddisengageaninstalledRaymarineautopilot
system:

InStandbymodepressandholdthePilotbuttontoengagethe
autopilotsystem,WiththeautopilotengagedpressthePilotbutton
todisengagetheautopilot.

YoucanalsoopenthePilotControldialogatanytimefromthe
homescreenorchartapplication.
