Erasingallwaypoints
Fromthehomescreen:
1.SelectMyData.
2.SelectEraseDataFromSystem.
3.SelectEraseWaypointsFromSystem.
Theerasewaypointsfromsystemdialogisdisplayed.
4.SelectEraseAll.
Theconrmdeletepopupmessageisdisplayed.
5.SelectYestoconrm,orNotocancel.
Waypointgroups
Inordertomakeyourwaypointseasiertomanage,youcanorganize
themintogroupsofyourchoice.Whenshing,forexample,you
mayonlywishtoseethewaypointsthatindicategoodshingsites.
Providedthatyouhavenotchangedthedefaultgroup,allwaypoints
areautomaticallyplacedinthedefault“MyWaypoints”groupwhen
theyarecreated.
Note:Awaypointcanonlybelongtoonegroup.
Displayingthewaypointgrouplist
Fromanyapplication:
1.SelectWPT.
2.SelectWaypointAndGroupOptions.
3.SelectViewGroupList.
Thewaypointgrouplistisdisplayed.
Youcannow:
•Makeanewwaypointgroup.
•Renamewaypointgroups.
•Erasewaypointgroups.
Note:Y oucannotrenameorerasethedefaultMyWaypoints
group.
Makinganewwaypointgroup
WiththeWaypointGroupListdisplayed:
1.SelectAddNew.
Theon-screenkeyboardisdisplayed.
2.Selectthenameeld.
3.Usetheon-screenkeyboardtoentertherequirednameforyour
newwaypointgroup.
4.selectSAVE.
Movingwaypointsbetweengroups
1.Fromanyapplication,selectWPT.
2.SelectViewWaypointList.
3.SelecttheWaypointyouwishtochangethegroupof.
Thewaypointoptionsdialogisdisplayed.
4.SelectEditWaypoint.
5.SelecttheGroupeld.
Alistofavailablewaypointgroupsisdisplayed.
6.Selectthegroupyouwishtomovethewaypointto.
Thewaypointismovedtothenewgroup.
Note:TheWaypointslistcanalsobeaccessedfromthe
homescreenbyselectingWPT.
Renamingawaypointgroup
WiththeWaypointGroupListdisplayed:
1.Selectthegroupyouwanttorename.
2.SelectEditGroupName.
Theon-screenkeyboardisdisplayed.
3.Usingtheon-screenkeyboard,editthegroupname.
4.SelectSAVE.
Changingthedefaultwaypointgrouporsymbol
FromtheWaypointAndGroupOptionsmenu:
•accessedviathehomescreen:MyData>WaypointAndGroup
Options,or
•accessedviathechartapplication:Menu>MyData>Waypoint
AndGroupOptions,or

Options
1.SelectSelectDefaultGroup.
Alistofgroupsisdisplayed.
2.Selectthegroupyouwantallnewwaypointstobeplacedin
bydefault.
3.SelectDefaultSymbol.
4.Selectthesymbolyouwantallnewwaypointstobeassigned.
Erasingawaypointgroup
Whenyoueraseawaypointgroup,thegroupnameiserasedfrom
thesystemandthewaypointsthatwereinthatgrouparemoved
totheMyWaypointsgroup.Youcaneraseanywaypointgroup
exceptthefollowing:
•the‘MyWaypoints’group,
•agroupcontaininganactivewaypoint,
•agroupthatcontainswaypointsthatarepartofastoredroute.
WiththeWaypointGroupListdisplayed:
1.Selectthewaypointgroupthatyouwanttoerase.
2.SelectEraseGroup(ButKeepWaypoints).
3.SelectYestoconrmtheaction,orNotocancel.

Aconrmationpop-upmessageisdisplayed.
5.SelectYestoconrmthedeletion.
Thewaypointgroupandallwaypointsinthatgrouphavenow
beenerasedfromthesystem.
