Theroutelistisdisplayed.
3.Selecttherouteyouwanttoerase.
4.SelectEraseroute.
Theeraseroutepopupmessageisdisplayed.
5.SelectYestoconrm,orNotocanceltheaction.
Note:Youcandeleteanyroute,exceptfortheonethatyouare
currentlyfollowing.Whenyouerasearoute,onlythosewaypoints
associatedwiththatroutearedeleted.

3.SelectEraseRoutesFromSystem.
Theeraseroutesfromsystemdialogisdisplayed.
4.SelectEraseAll.
Theconrmdeletepopupmessageisdisplayed.
5.SelectYestoconrm,orNotocanceltheaction.

Atrackisanon-screentrailthatshowsthepassageyouhavetaken.
Thistrailismadeupofaseriesoftrackpointswhicharecreated
automatically.Youcansavethetracktocreateapermanentrecord
ofwhereyouhavebeen

Withtracksyoucan:
•Reviewwhereyouhavebeen.
•Createaroutefromatrack.
Creatingatrack
Fromthechartapplication:
1.SelectMenu.
2.SelectNavigate.
3.SelectCreateTrack.
Thecreatetrackpopupmessageisdisplayed.
4.SelectOk.
Asyounavigateyourvessel,yourjourneyisautomatically
recordedasatrack.
Note:Ifthepowerfailswhilstatrackisbeingrecordedorthe
positionxislost,abreakwilloccurinthetrack.Onlythelast
segmentofatrackcanbeconvertedintoaroute.
Note:Ifthemaximumnumberoftrackingpointsisreached,you
willbewarned.Thetrackwillcontinuetoberecordedwiththe
earliertrackingpointsbeingoverwritten.
5.T ocompleteyourtrackselectStopTrackfromtheNavigate
menu:Menu>Navigate>StopTrack.
Thetrackstoppedpopupmessageisdisplayed.
6.SelectSave,EraseorCancel.
•Save—WillsavethetrackandopentheEdittrackProperties
dialogwhereyoucannamethetrackandchooseacolorfor
thetrackline.
•Erase—Willerasethetrack.
•Cancel—WillcanceltheStopTrackaction.
Trackinterval
Thetrackintervalspeciesthetimeperiodordistancebetween
thepointsinatrack.
Youcanadjusttheintervalbetweenpointswhichcanhelpensure
bestuseoftheavailablestorage.
ThesettingsareavailablefromtheMyDatamenu:
•RecordTrackBy—speciestheintervaltype(Auto/Time/
Distance).
•TrackInterval—speciestheintervalvalue(e.g.15minutes).
Forexamplewhencreatingatrackforalongjourney,aninterval
settoAutocouldresultinrapiduseofallofthestorageavailable
fortrackpoints.InthiscaseselectingahighervaluefortheTrack
Intervalwouldprovidecapacityforalongertrack.
