Theicondenitionsarelistedbelow:
•RX(Receiving)—Indicatesthattheradioisreceivinga
radiosignal.
•TX(Transmitting)—IndicatesthePTTbuttonisbeing
pressedandtheradioistransmitting.
•HI(Highpower)—Indicatesthatthetransmitterspower
issettohigh(25watts).
•LO(Lowpower)—Indicatesthatthetransmitterspower
issettolow(1watt).
•ATIS(ATISactive)—IndicatesATIStransmissionis
enabled.OnlyavailableinEuropeancountriesusingthe
internationalchannelset.
•SAVED(Memorymode)—Indicatesthecurrentchannel
hasbeensavedinmemory.Appearsduringsavedscan
andprioritysavedscanmodes.
•LOCAL(Local/distantmode)—Indicatestheradioisin
localreceptionmode,whichdecreasesreceiversensitivity
inhightrafcareastodecreaseunwantedreception.
•FAV123(Favoritechannel)—Indicateswhichofthe
3favoritechannelbanksiscurrentlyselected.Each
bankdisplaysadifferentfavoritechannelthatyouhave
assignedforeachofthe3softbuttonlabelsatthebottom
ofthescreen.Thisgivesyouatotalof9favoritechannels
thatyoucanswitchtoatthepressofabutton.
