usingtheRotaryknobtoscrolldownthepage.

i.DownloadtheHandset’ssoftwarelestoa
MicroSDcard.
ii.InserttheMicroSDcardintoyourMFDscard
readerslot.
iii.PowerupyourRadio.
iv.PoweroffyourMFD.
v.WiththeRadio’sBasestationpoweredon,
turnofftheRaymicHandsetbypressing
thePowerbuttonlocatedonthetopofthe
Handset.
vi.PressandholdtheDistressandPTTbuttons
ontheHandset.
vii.PresstheHandsetPowerbuttonfor1second,
untilthebacklightturnson,andthenrelease
allthreebuttons.
TheHandsetisnowinupdatemode.
viii.PoweronyourMFD.
ix.ThesystemwilldetecttheHandsetand
performtheupdate.
(TheLCDbacklightwillashwhentheupdate
isinprogress.)
x.Whentheupdateiscomplete,poweroffthe
RadioandMFDandremovetheMicroSD
cardfromthereader.
xi.PowerupyourRadioagainandcheckthe
softwareversion.
