SAFETY WARNINGS Do not ride your electric product in wet or icy weather and never immerse the product in water, as the electrical and drive components could be damaged by water or create other possibly unsafe conditions. Never risk damaging surfaces, such as carpet or flooring, by use of an electric product indoors. Use only with the recommended charger.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN Remove contents from box. Remove the separators that protect the components from damage during shipping. Inspect the contents of the box for scratches in the paint, dents or kinked cables that may have occurred during shipping. Because the electric product is 95 percent assembled and packed at the factory, there should not be any problems, even if the box has a few scars or dents. MAKE SURE POWER SWITCH IS TURNED “OFF” BEFORE CONDUCTING ANY MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES.
ASSEMBLY AND SET-UP Attaching the Handlebars WARNING: Failing to properly adjust and tighten the bolts that affix the handlebars can cause you to lose control and crash. Tool Required: 6 mm Allen Wrench 1 Place the handlebars in the handlebar clamps. 2 Align parallel to the fork and tighten the bolts using a 6 mm Allen wrench. When properly tightened, the handlebars should not move forward or backward. Attaching the Front Fender Note: Front fender design may vary.

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE Front Wheel Replacement Tools Required: Phillips Screwdriver and 15 mm Wrench 1 Using a Phillip screwdriver, loosen the two (2) screws on the fork covers (2 per side) and remove covers. 2 Remove the nuts on both sides 3 Remove front wheel and of the front axle using a 15 mm wrench then remove the axle safety washers. install replacement wheel. Re-attach fork covers.
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE Replacing the Fuse – Cont’d SX350 Model Only 1 Using a Phillips screwdriver, 2 Using a 5 mm Allen wrench and remove the bolt. a 10 mm open wrench to hold the lock nuts, loosen the two (2) bolts underneath the rear of the seat and remove the fairing. Five (5) Phillips screws Two (2) 4 mm Hex bolts 3 On the opposite side of the charger port, locate and remove the five (5) Phillips screws and (2) 4 mm Hex screws or bolts using a 4 mm Allen wrench. Separate and remove cover.
