Accessing and using the Log Figure 12
Enter Setup: From STANDBY, hold
for 5 seconds. Then press until the cursor points to VIEW LOG.
Press
with the cursor on VIEW LOG.
The screen will now show the most recent entry in the log.
Use the arrow keys to scroll through the log entries.
Accessing the data log
e log stores major events that have occurred during the operation of 1.
the boiler. ese events include:
Faults•
Boilers starting and stopping•
Pump activity•
Valve activity (main and pilot)•
Input (Type of call for heat)•
Additional information recorded includes:2.
Time of event (Time stamp)•
e # of the event in the log•
e supply water temperature•
e setpoint•
e outside air temperature•
e actual PWM % of modulation•
All of the boilers that are ring (Master)•
See 3. Figure 12 for an explanation of the data on the screen.
Notice the snapshot #. is is a log entry, of which there are up to 1,000. 4.
As soon as you enter the view log screen, it displays the last log entry
the boiler recorded.
To view previous entries, press the DOWN arrow key.5.
If you pressed the UP arrow key instead, you would have been taken to 6.
the very rst entry. e log entries form a continuous ring of entries.
You can verify this by observing the time stamp as you cycle through
the entries.
Once the log is full (1,000 entries), pressing the UP arrow key will 7.
show the oldest entry and no longer take you to the rst entry. e log
cannot be cleared and is a continuous record of 1000 entries. Older
entries are overwrien.
To exit the log, press the 8.
key.
Boiler (x) on display e display can only show up to 7
boilers, and this information only appears on the MASTER
boiler display. To view boilers above number 7, you will
need the Boiler Control Pro soware.
