2. INTENDED USE The pitch gauge is designed for use in RC helicopters and serves to measure the pitch values of the swashplate, main rotor blade and tail rotor blade. The pitch gauge is powered by two CR2032 button cell batteries. Only operate in a dry indoor environment. For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use the product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged.

2. Platzieren Sie die Pitch-Einstelllehre auf dem Befestigungsadapter für das Hauptrotorblatt. Die Position der Pitch-Einstelllehre wird durch die Magnete auf der Pitch-Einstelllehre und der Befestigungsplatte ﬁxiert. 3. Ziehen Sie den Befestigungsadapter für das Hauptrotorblatt so weit ab, dass Sie das Hauptrotorblatt problemlos im Adapter platzieren können. Um exakte Messergebnisse zu erhalten, muss der Adapter nah am Rumpf des Helikopters platziert werden (bei etwa 1 Drittel der Rotorlänge).

Tauschen Sie die Scheibe gegen eine Scheibe mit der anderen Größe, und bringen Sie den Knopf wieder an. 4. Platzieren Sie die Pitch-Einstelllehre auf dem Befestigungsadapter für die Taumelscheibe. Die Position der Pitch-Einstelllehre wird durch die Magnete auf der Pitch-Einstelllehre und der Befestigungsplatte ﬁxiert. 5. Befestigen Sie den Adapter auf der Taumelscheibe.

3. Drücken Sie die „Zero“-Taste (9), um den Bezugswert sofort festzulegen. Wenn Sie vermeiden möchten, dass die Messgenauigkeit durch die Erschütterung beim Drücken der Taste beeinträchtigt wird, können Sie die Funktion für das verzögerte Festlegen des Nullwerts verwenden. Drücken und halten Sie die „Zero“-Taste (9) etwa 1,5 Sekunden lang. Es ertönt ein dreimaliger Piepton (Countdown). Anschließend wird der Bezugswert gespeichert. 4.

11. Place the pitch gauge horizontally on the ﬂoor or any horizontal surface, as shown below: Festlegen der Hauptwelle als Bezug 1. - Die Pitch-Einstelllehre kann den gegenwärtigen Nick- und Rollwinkel erfassen und als entsprechenden Zielwert festlegen. Drücken und halten Sie die „Hold“/ -Taste (8) und die „Zero“/ -Taste (9), bis ein Piepton ertönt. Der Piepton ertönt drei Mal hintereinander (Countdown). Anschließend wird der Bezugswert gespeichert. 6. Nachdem die Einstellung vorgenommen wurde, kehrt die Pitch-Einstelllehre zum Messmodus zurück. 17.

Read the measurements The digital pitch gauge 2 can show the inclination angle in two axis, pitch and roll. Pitch Roll The inclination angle will show on the display under pitch / roll angle (2). Mount the rubber protector around the pitch gauge to protect it from impact. When the rubber protector is used, the magnet and thread socket at the top cannot be used.

EINFACHER BETRIEB Befestigen der Pitch-Einstelllehre Es gibt drei Möglichkeiten zur Befestigung der Pitch-Einstelllehre am RC-Helikopter. Adapter Mithilfe der beiden Magnete auf der Rückseite kann die Pitch-Einstelllehre an den drei im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Adaptern befestigt werden. Befestigen Sie dann den Adapter am entsprechenden Bauteil des RC-Helikopters.

Setting the main shaft as the reference 1. Place your RC helicopter on a stable horizontal surface. 2. If there is any curve cover on the main shaft, remove it. Attach the pitch gauge to the main shaft using the magnet at the top, or place the pitch gauge on the main shaft. 3. Press the “Zero” button (9) to set the reference level immediately. In order to avoid any impact on measurement accuracy through vibration from pressing the button, you can use the delay set zero function.

Before every measurement, set the reference zero of the pitch gauge. Keep the orientation of the pitch gauge during the measurement.

2. Select the proper size plate (ø 8 mm / ø 13 mm) mount adaptor for the swashplate. Upon delivery, the ø 13 mm plate is installed on the mount adaptor. 3. To change the plate, unscrew the knob on the adaptor. Replace the plate with one of another size and replace the knob. 4. Place the pitch gauge on the mount adaptor for the swashplate. The position of the pitch gauge will be ﬁxed by the magnets on the pitch gauge and the mounting plate. 5. Mount the adaptor on the swashplate.

Measuring the tail rotor blade 1. Rotate the tail rotor blades so they are parallel to the body and the tail. Both tail rotor blades must be aligned at exactly 180º towards each other. 2. Place the pitch gauge on the mount adaptor for the tail rotor blade. The position of the pitch gauge will be ﬁxed by the magnets on the pitch gauge and the mounting plate. 3. Pull the mount adaptor for the tail rotor blade far enough apart so that you can place the tail rotor blade into the adaptor.

BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG Die Pitch-Einstelllehre wurde für den Einsatz in RC-Helikoptern entwickelt und dient zum Messen der Anstellwerte der Taumelscheibe, des Hauptrotorblatts und des Heckrotorblatts. Die Pitch-Einstelllehre wird mit zwei CR2032-Knopfzellenbatterien betrieben. Ausschließlich in trockenen Innenräumen zu verwenden. Aus Sicherheits- und Zulassungsgründen (CE) dürfen Sie das Produkt nicht umbauen und/oder verändern.
