If your Cable TV signal comes directly via a 75ohm coaxial cable, use the following steps: Connect the Cable TV signal to the 75OHM ANTENNA INPUTjack on the rear of the TV. Screw it down tight. Plug the TV's power cord into a power outlet and turn on the TV. Set TV/CATV to CAW as detailed on page 11. Refer to AUTO SEARCHto set up your available TV channels.
Acombination antenna receives normal broadcast channels (VHF 2-13andUHF14-69). Yourconnection iseasy since youwillconnect theantenna tothe75OHM ANTENNA INPUT jackontherearoftheTV. Battery Installation Load batteries into the remote control: 1 2 Remove the battery compartment lid on the rear of the remote. Press in the tab, then lift off the lid. Place two AA batteries in the remote. Be sure the (+) and (-) ends of the batteries line up correctly (as marked inside the battery compartment). 3 Reattach the battery compartment lid.
NUMBER Button When the W/cable menu option is in the TV position, all channles can be selected by using two buttons. For example, to select channel 2, press "0" then "2". You can also press "2".
