Set the Date and Time
You must set the correct date and time before you can display and record it
on your tapes. The clock cell must be installed as shown on the previous
page before "you can set the date.

1. Set thePOWER switch to CAMERA,
and make sure the AE dial is not set to
AUTO.
2. Press the MENU dial in to display the
main MENU in the viewfinder.
