Setting the Confirmation Sound

A confirmatk)n sound is made wImn you turn on or off the POWER switch, select a

function or setting, or perform other designated operations. Use the procedure below _)

change the type of sound or _) _]ri1 off the confinnatkm sounds.

Repeatedly press the MENU/DISPLAY button to

display the menu screen.

Press • or • to select [TC, and press Sl!2: Press

Press • or • to select (2HIMI/, BkTZI ), or OFt_

and press SET

• Select CItI,*/II/to ]mar a chiming sound.

• Select BIgZP to hear an electronic beeping

Sound.

• Select OFFand no confirmatkm sound,

including a warning sound, is made.

Note: If OFF is selected, the sound effect of a

camera shutter closing in PHOTO SHOT will

also be turned off.

Press the MENU/DISPLAY button until the menu

screen tklrns off.
