Step One - Combine center base panel (1) with left base panel (2), right base panel (3) by securing 4 long allen screws (C) through 4 washers (D). 1 2 3 D C Step Two - Screw six 3-in-1 bolts (A) to panel (11). - Screw three 3-in-1 bolts (A) to panel (2), (3), (8), (9), (12), (13) respectively. - Screw one 3-in-1 bolt (A) and insert one wooden dowel (I) to panel (4), (5) respectively. - Screw four 3-in-1 bolts (A) and insert two wooden dowels (I) to panel (6), (7) respectively.
Step Three - Join left inside panel (6) with left front panel (8) by inserting 3 bolts (A) in the holes of panel (6). Using 3 excenter fittings (B) to lock the bolts. - Repeat with right inside panel (7) an right front panel (9).. 9 8 A B 7 6 Step Four - Set left top panel (12) on a flat surface as shown. - Join left outside panel (4) by inserting 3 bolts (A) in the holes of panel (4). Using 3 excenter fittings (B) to lock the bolts.
Step Five - Join left inside panel (6) with left top panel (12), left center panel (14) by inserting 4 bolts (A) and 2 dowels (I) in the holes of panel (12), (14). Using 4 excenter fittings (B) to lock the bolts. - Repeat with panel (7), (13), (15). 7 6 B 15 13 A 14 I 12 Step Six - Set base panel (1) & (2) & (3) on a flat surface as shown. - Locate above finished parts to base panel. - Join outside panel (4), (5) by inserting 6 bolts (A) in the holes of panel (4), (5).
Step Seven. - Attach upper firebox trim (16) to front panel (8), (9) by securing 2 long allen screws (C) through 2 washers (D). D 17 16 C 9 8 Step Eight - Locate center top panel (11) to above finished center parts. - Join inside panel (6), (7) by inserting 6 bolts (A) in the holes of panel (6), (7). Using 6 excenter fittings (B) to lock the bolts.
Step Nine -Insert 4 shelf panel support (G) to the holes of the panel (4), (5), (6), (7) respectively. Keep every 2 supports on parallel. -Put on four shelf panels (18) on the shelf panel supports. G 18 18 18 18 Step Ten -Attach two back panels (10) to above finish parts by securing 32 back panel screws (F).
Step Eleven For next step reference the instruction manual included with your firebox. If you do not have an instruction manual included with your firebox do not attempt to assemble or operate. Immediately call our customer service department at 1-800-654-1704 for a replacement manual. WARNING: Do not operate your firebox without reading all instructions and warnings prior to use.

Première étape - Relier le panneau de base central (1) avec le panneau de base gauche (2) et le panneau de base droit (3) et fixer solidement avec 4 vis Allen longues (C) et 4 rondelles (D). 1 2 3 D C Deuxième étape - Visser six boulons 3 en 1 (A) au panneau (11). - Visser trois boulons 3 en 1 (A) à chacun des panneaux (2) (3) (8) (9) (12) (13). - Visser un boulon 3 en 1 (A) et insérer un goujon de bois (I) à chacun des panneaux (4) et (5).
Troisième étape - Unir le panneau intérieur gauche (6) au panneau avant gauche (8) en insérant 3 boulons (A) dans les trous du panneau (6). Utiliser 3 écrous de blocage décentrés (B) pour bloquer les boulons. - Répéter l’opération avec le panneau intérieur droit (7) et le panneau avant droit (9). 9 8 A B 7 6 Quatrième étape - Mettre le panneau supérieur gauche (12) sur une surface plane comme illustré. - Joindre le panneau extérieur gauche (4) en insérant 3 boulons (A) dans les trous du panneau (4).
Cinquième étape - Unir le panneau intérieur gauche (6) au panneau supérieur gauche (12) et au panneau central gauche (14) en insérant 4 boulons (A) et 2 goujons de bois (I) dans les trous des panneaux (12) et (14). Utiliser 4 écrous de blocage décentrés (B) pour bloquer les boulons. - Répéter l’opération avec les panneaux (7) (13) (15). 7 6 B 12 13 A 14 I 12 Sixième étape - Mettre les panneaux de base (1) & (2) & (3) sur une surface plane comme illustré.
Septième étape - Fixer solidement la moulure supérieure du foyer (16) aux panneaux avant (8) et (9) avec 2 vis Allen longues (C) et 2 rondelles (D). D 17 16 C 9 8 Huitième étape - Déposer le panneau supérieur central (11) sur les pièces du centre déjà assemblées. - Unir les panneaux intérieurs (6) et (7) en insérant 6 boulons (A) dans les trous des panneaux (6) et (7). Utiliser 6 écrous de blocage décentrés (B) pour bloquer les boulons.
Neuvième étape - Insérer 4 supports à tablette (G) dans les trous de chacun des panneaux (4) (5) (6) (7). Chaque pair de supports doit être parallèle. - Mettre 4 tablettes (18) sur les supports à tablette. G 18 18 18 18 Dixième étape - Fixer solidement deux panneaux arrière (10) sur les pièces déjà assemblées avec 32 vis pour panneaux arrière (F).
