Follow these instructions to set up and install the new decorative
fyreback.
CAUTION: Some sheet metal edges are sharp. Use protective
gloves when manipulating sheet metal parts.
PREPARATION
1. Carefully remove the fyreback panels from the box, removing
any cardboard, and place the plastic sides up on your work
surface. Remove the plastic fi lm from all panels.
2. Link the side panels by inserting the tabs into the lowest/
widest portions of the slits on the back panel, and secure by
pulling upward (Fig. 1-3).
INSTALLATION
WARNING: The fi replace must be off and safely cooled down
during installation.
1. Place the assembled fyreback behind the burner system
approximately 2-4" and adjust the side panels as needed
to match the contour of your fi replace (see Fig. 1-1). When
placed properly sooting should not occur. If sooting does
occur adjust the placement.
