of each ingredient in each formulation. The VOC information for each ingredient is either
measured using EPA Method 24 (40 CFR 60 Appendix A), or per composition data as reported
to us by the supplier (40 CFR 64.827(b)). Variations in actual application and cure methods may
lower reportable VOC emissions significantly.
** HAP information presented here is based on composition disclosures from our raw material
suppliers, prior to processing, in our manufacturing facilities. We do not routinely quantitatively
analyze for HAP constituents in our finished products. We will report the upper limit of all
HAPs, or which we are aware, down to the National Emission Standards (NESHAP) reporting
limit.
*** Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), CAS #101-68-8 is a low vapor pressure material
(0.0003 mm Hg at 110 degrees F). Only trace quantities of less than 0.1 ppm (parts per million)
have ever been measured inside the exhaust ventilation system at manufacturing temperatures.
The yearly estimated MDI emissions would be much less than one pound per year.
