Use the dialpad to enter information.
Click Dialpad.
Make a second call during a call.
Click Add call and make a second
call. The first call will be put on hold.
Click the phone number to switch
back to the first call and put the
second call on hold. Click Merge calls
to merge the two calls, so all three of
you can talk and hear each other.

Respond to a second call, do one of the following:
 To reject the call, click Reject.

To hold the first call and answer the new call, click Answer.
