7.4.9. Startup Manager
Startup manager makes you choose what apps that will auto-start in the
background. To open Startup Manager, click Phone Manager, then
click Privacy Permissions.
Manage Startup Manager. Open Phone Manager then click Privacy
Permissions. You can go through each app and toggle to green if you want the
chosen apps to run on the background.
