Use Remote Management to view and download files.
1.
Connect your phone and laptop to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Click Files,click Remotely Manage Phone Files, then click Start Service.
Search the URL displayed on your phone screen with your computer, then
you can view your phone's file system and download files directly to your
