Force restart realme phone. If the phone is not responding, press and hold the
Sleep/Wake and Volume Up buttons for at least 8 seconds until you see the
realme logo.

There are three ways to update your device.

Plug your realme phone into power, or keep the battery level over 40%.

The update process takes some time. Do not operate or power off your device
during the process.
