7.11.3. Scan local songs
The Music app contains all music-related materials on your phone storage. To
manually scan for local songs, or choose which songs can be displayed on
your list, do the following:
Scan all local songs. Click on the upper-right corner of the Music screen,
then click Scan Local Songs. Your phone will automatically start scanning.
Scan specific folders. Click Settings, click Scan specific folders, and then
choose the folders you want the phone to scan for. Go back to the Scan Local
Songs screen, and then click
Scan again.
