OWNER’S MANUAL 4-TIER NSF CORNERWIRE SHELVING RACK
PARTS LIST Your 4-Tier NSF Corner Wire Shelving Rack should include the following parts. Please inspect box contents to ensure you have received all components. If you are missing any parts, need assistance with assembly or have questions, please contact our Customer Service You will need no additional tools for assembly.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1: Stationary Option Screw each FEET LEVELER (G) into the bottom of each BOTTOM POLE (A). Turn clockwise to screw in place. A (4) F (5) G (5) A (5) E (10) STEP 1: Mobile Option Screw each CASTER (F) into the bottom of each BOTTOM POLE (A). Turn clockwise to screw in place. Make sure the Locking Casters are on the same side. Use the provided caster wrench to tighten completely. Failure to do as instructed could result in the caster stem breaking.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3: INSTALLING BOTTOM SHELF Place SHELF (D) on its side and slide the (5) BOTTOM POLES (A) through the holes in the SHELF (D). Make sure that the SHELF (D) corner cylinders are positioned over the SLIP SLEEVES (E). D (1) Stand the unit upright. *Note: The level side of the SHELF (D) is the TOP side (the logo on the corner cylinders should be right-side up). **Use a rubber mallet, if needed, to secure the SHELVES (D).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 5: INSTALLING SHELVES On POLE (A+B), place 1 pair of SLIP SLEEVES (E) at the desired distance between SHELVES (E). Please make sure the arrow faces up and that the word “TOP” is right side up. Do this for each POLE (A+B), and make sure that the heights are identical for each POLE (A+B). E (10) D (1) Lower SHELF (D) over the MIDDLE POLES (B) so that the corner cylinders of the SHELF (D) are positioned over the SLIP SLEEVES (C).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 7: INSTALLING SHELVES On POLE (A+B+C), place 1 pair of SLIP SLEEVES (E) at the desired distance between shelves. Please make sure the arrow faces up and that the word “TOP” is right side up. Do this for each POLE (A+B+C), and make sure that the heights are identical for each POLE (A+B+C). Lower SHELF (D) over the TOP POLES (C) so that the corner cylinders of the SHELF (D) are positioned over the SLIP SLEEVES (E). Repeat Step 4 to install other SHELVES (D) as desired.

WARNINGS 1. Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions may result in injury and/or damage. 2. Use the provided caster wrench to tighten casters completely. Failure to do as instructed could result in the caster stem breaking thereby causing the shelving rack to collapse. 3.
