OVERVIEW
A Assemble Side Posts Assemble Bottom Side Panels Insert Dowels (Part i) and Cam Bolt (Part f) to Side Posts (Part 10, Part 9, Part 12 and Part 11) Insert Dowels (Part i) to Bottom Side Panels (Part 7). Helpful Hint: Insert Cam Bolt (Part f) into position. See figure left. B Assemble the Magnet and Bottom Side Frame (Bottom Unit). Tighten Cam Locks. - Attach magnet (Part n) to Front Left Side Post (Part 9) with Screws (Part e) as shown below Fig 1.
C Assemble Bottom Back Panel Insert Dowels (Part i) to Bottom Back Panel (Part 18). D Attach Bottom Back Panel, Bottom Panel to Side Frame - Align the Bottom Back Panel (Part 18) into the holes of Side Posts (Part 10 and Part 12). - Slowly push Bottom Back Panel (Part 18) into Side Posts. - Carefully align Bottom Panel (Part 2) in to the holes of Side Posts ( Part 9, Part 10, Part 11 and Part 12). - Attach Bottom Panel (Part 2) with Screws (Part a). - Cover screw head with Stickers (Part p).
F Assemble the Door and Bottom Shelf - Place Bottom Shelf (Part 5). Do not tighten up. - Align the Door Panel (Part 17) into the holes of Bottom Shelf (Part 5) and Bottom Panel (Part 2). G - Attach Bottom Shelf (Part 5) to Side Posts with Screws (Part a). - Cover screw head with Stickers (Part p).
H Assemble Middle Shelf Insert Cam Bolt (Part g) into the holes of Middle Shelf (Part 4) . Attach Middle Shelf - Carefully align all dowels and Cam Bolts with holes in assembled product. - Slowly push Middle Shelf (Part 4) into place. - For tightening Cam Lock (Part h), use the flat screwdriver. - Cover Cam Lock with Stickers (Part r). Helpful Hint: Insert Cam Bolt (Part g) into position. See figure left. Helpful Hint: Install Cam Locks - Identify arrow on head.
J Assemble the Upper Side Frame (Top Unit). Tighten Cam Locks. - Carefully align Cam Bolt with holes in edge of Upper Side Panels (Part 8). Slowly push Upper Side Posts and Upper Side Panel together. For tightening Cam Lock (Part h), use the flat screwdriver. Repeat above steps and assemble another Upper Side Frame. Cover Cam Lock with Stickers (Part r). Assemble Upper Back Panel Insert Dowels (Part i) to Upper Back Panel (Part 19).
L Assemble Top Panel - Attach Top Panel(Part 1) to Upper Side Posts with Screws (Part b). - Cover screw head with Stickers (Part p). M Attach the Upper Unit with Bottom Unit. Tighten Screws. - Carefully align Upper unit with holes on top of Bottom assembled product. - Attach with screws (Part b). - Cover screw head with Stickers (Part p).
N Assemble the Adjustable Shelf - Assemble (Part m and Part l). Insert parts on all 4 sides at same level. - Place Shelf (Part 6) inside of cabinet.
O Attach unit to the wall Option A: Hole on Wall - Mark holes on the wall. - Pre-drill holes with a 7mm(0.28") drill bit before installing wall anchors (Part j) into the wall. - Install wall anchors (Part j). - Align holes and use Bracket (Part q) with Screw (Part c). - Secure Top Panel with Screw (Part d). Top Panel Option B: - Mark holes on the wall. - Pre-drill holes with a 7mm(0.28") drill bit before installing wall anchors (Part j) into the wall. - Install wall anchors (Part j).
