1. A proper high back belt-
positioning booster t should
allow the lap portion of the
vehicle seat belt system to t
low and snug across the lap or
upper thigh area of the child.
The lap portion of the vehicle
seat belt system should NEVER
be located across the abdomen
orbelly’ area of the child.
2. A proper high back belt-
positioning booster t will also
allow the shoulder portion of
the vehicle seat belt system to
t snug across the chest and
collarbone of the child. The
shoulder portion of the vehicle
seat belt system should
NEVER be located across the
child’s neck.
