4. Unhook the (2) elastic loops
that attach the backrest trim
cover to backrest frame
located behind the recline
bar on the back-side of the
frame.
5. Position the head restraint
into the highest position
and then remove the button
holes located in top/back of
the backrest cover from the
hooks in the backrest frame.
6. Remove the backrest cover
by “peeling” it from the
bottom, up towards the head
restraint.
7. Unhook the (4) elastic loops
that attach the head restraint
cover to head restraint
frame. (2) of the elastic
loops are located behind
the 3-point belt guides. The
other (2) elastic loops are
located on the backside of
the frame behind the recline
bar.
8. Carefully remove the head
restraint cover from the head
restraint frame by “peeling” it
from the back of the frame,
forward and off the frame.
