Actabs

™

DMSS is an EPA registered biocide evaporator pan treatment specifically formulated for ductless

mini-split evaporator units to eliminate or prevent most blockages in drain pans, reservoirs and drain pans

due to the buildup of mold, bacterial slime, rust, scale, sludge, air-borne dust, silt and other solids.

Compatible with all condensate pumps. Helps stop damage to floors, ceilings and equipment.

APPLICATIONS:

Compatible with all condensate pumps.

When used according to directions, it will inhibit the growth of the following organisms: thermoactinomyces

vulgaris, Pseudomonas effusa, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus circulans, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus

megaterium, Aerobacter aerogenes and Escherichia coli.

WEAR SAFETY GOGGLES AND RUBBER OR PLASTIC GLOVES

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Remove Filter.

Place 2 tablets per one ton of air conditioning in the drain pan as far away from the drain opening as possible.

If the space is too small, fit 2 tablets between the coil and the drain pan as far away from the drain opening as

possible. Replace filter. Apply 2 additional tablets every 3 months or whenever odors occur. Treatment may

be more effective if drain pan or reservoir is emptied and cleaned before each tablet application. For additional
