TO CONNECT FITTING:
1. Cut the Tube.
2. De-burr.
3. Use prep tool (sold separately) to determine depth.
4. Mark insertion depth.
5. Push into tting.
6. Double check through window on tting.
TO DISCONNECT FITTING:
The refrigeration system must be isolated, or pumped down before disconnecting. Press the release with disconnect clip to remove tubing. Make
sure that the tting and tube are free from defects. The tting and tubing should be free of damage, foreign object and marks on the outside
diameter. Do not insert ngers in the grip ring inside the tting.

Limited Warranty Certicate
1. Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty is a pass-through warranty from the manufacturer of the product, Essen Tech Co., LTD (“Manufacturer) to RectorSeal, LLC (“RectorSeal”)
and on to you. Manufacturer warrants that, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Certicate, the product subject to this sale will be of good quality
and workmanship and free of defects for a period of ve (5) years after the date you purchase the products. This Limited Warranty does not apply to changes to
the product or variations of color (fading), shade or texture of the product due to age or fair and ordinary wear and tear.
The foregoing Limited Warranty will be voided under the following conditions or circumstances:
(a) the product has not been stored, used, installed or maintained in accordance with Manufacturer’s specications, instructions, operating and maintenance
instructions or in compliance with the use or proper purpose intended by Manufacturer;
(b) the product defect has been caused by negligence, abuse, misuse, unauthorized alteration, repair, tampering, reconstruction or maintenance (including
modication of labels or packaging) or the use of sub-standard consumables or non-approved recommended refrigerants;
(c) the product defect has been caused by abnormally corrosive conditions, high temperatures, open ame, re, accidents, entry by vermin or insects or acts
of God, including without limitation, storms, cyclones, oods, earthquakes and other natural disasters;
(d) the product defect or the relevant loss or damage was caused by good(s) or material(s) that are not manufactured or supplied by Manufacturer;
(e) the product or any part of the product has been used or combined with good(s) or other material(s), or has been replaced with a part not supplied or ap-
proved by Manufacturer;
(f) the products were installed in multi-family or commercial applications;
(g) the product was not sold to you by RectorSeal’s authorized distributors;
(h) you were capable of preventing the damage or further damage, but did not do so; or
(i) neither Manufacturer nor RectorSeal were provided reasonable access to the product to physically inspect it, perform testing and/or obtain samples after
you led a warranty claim.
2. Your Exclusive Remedy
This Limited Warranty solely covers replacement of that portion of the product proven to be defective due to a manufacturing defect. You are responsible for
any labor costs associated with replacing the defective part. If replacement product is not available, Manufacturer may provide a product of a similar grade.
Replacement of a product does not re-start the warranty period. Neither Manufacturer nor RectorSeal will be liable under any circumstances for consequential,
incidental, special or punitive damages or losses (including without limitation loss of prots or losses owing from delays or interruption to business), however,
caused (including through negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of the product.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, NEITHER MANUFACTURER NOR RECTORSEAL MAKES ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO
THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; OR (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY
LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.
3. Arbitration
(a) ARBITRATION CLAUSE. IMPORTANT. PLEASE REVIEW THIS ARBITRATION CLAUSE. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
(b) Parties: This arbitration clause affects your rights against Manufacturer, RectorSeal and any of their respective afliates or employees or agents, succes-
sors, or assigns, all of whom together are referred to below as “we” or “us” for ease of reference.
(c) ARBITRATION REQUIREMENT: EXCEPT AS STATED BELOW, ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND ANY OF US SHALL BE DECIDED BY NEUTRAL, BINDING ARBITRATION
RATHER THAN IN COURT OR BY JURY TRIAL. “Dispute” will be given the broadest possible meaning allowable by law, and includes any dispute, claim, or contro-
versy arising from or relating to your purchase of the product, any warranty upon the product, or the product’s condition. It also includes determination of the
scope or applicability of this Arbitration Clause. This arbitration requirement applies to claims in contract and tort, pursuant to statute, or otherwise.
(d) CLASS-ARBITRATION WAIVER: ARBITRATION IS HANDLED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. IF A DISPUTE IS ARBITRATED, YOU AND WE EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO
PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER ON ANY CLASS CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST US OR WE AGAINST YOU, OR AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY
GENERAL OR IN ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. YOU AND WE ALSO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLASS ARBITRATION OR ANY CONSOLIDATION OF INDIVIDUAL ARBI-
TRATIONS.
