Back Cushion Assembly Instructions

Users Guide Step One

Once Product is opened from the box you will see that it is partially unassembled. The back is

sitting on top of the base as shown in the photo below. This hold true for both power models

and non-power models.

Users Guide Step Two To assemble the back you must align the Male brackets with the female brackets. The male brackets are shown in Figure 1 and the female in Figure 2. Not: you might need to wiggle the male bracket a bit to get it aligned properly with the female bracket.

Users Guide Step Three Once this is done then apply pressure downward from the top of the backrest when it is in the upright position and the male brackets are aligned with the female brackets as shown in the photo below. Push Down until you hear a click noise on both the right Note That the Male Brackets are both and the left side brackets. aligned with the female bracket. This is what it will look like before they are clicked into place.

Once Both Brackets are pushed into place and you hear the clicking noise then your seat is assembled. For reference there is a picture of how far the male brackets go when they are locked in place in the female bracket.

Finally pull down the back flap shown in the photo below and attach the Velcro.
