Safety and Maintenance Matters
Before using, please read the following instructions to ensure proper usage and only use the
massage chair for its intended purpose as outlined in this manual.
Basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of injury.
Consult a physician before use.
Discontinue use if any discomfort is experienced during or after massage and consult a
physician before attempting to use again.
People with the following conditions are not advised to use this massage chair:
- Patients with mental illness and/or physically paralyzed patients should consult a physician first
and only operate under supervision.
- Those recovering from illness or feeling unwell.
- For those with neck and back injuries or recovering from recent surgeries, consult with your
physician before attempting to use the massage chair.
- Do not use if intoxicated, physically unwell, within one hour of meals, or if you have a fever.
- Due to the heating feature, those with heat sensitivities should exercise extra care.
- Patients with osteoporosis or heart conditions. Including those with pacemakers or who wear
other electronic medical devices.
- Pregnant or menstruating women.
- Patients with physical trauma or skin conditions.
- Children should not operate the massage chair unsupervised.
- The massage chair should not be used by adults who are physically disabled, or suffer from
hypersensitivity and/or neurological impairments, unless they are supervised and guided by
those responsible for their safety on how to use the device.
-In the case of a power outage, do not sit in the chair. Unplug from the electrical outlet to
prevent damage or injury when the power is restored.
- Do not insert your hands, arms, or other items into or around the gaps of the massage chair.
- Avoid falling asleep while using the massage chair.
-If there are rips or tears in the leather or cloth cover of the chair, do not use until these have
been repaired.
- Do not use water or corrosive liquids on the massage chair to avoid short circuits, electric shock,
malfunctions, and other forms damage and injury.
- Do not stand or place heavy items on the chair or use excessive force from your body when
pressing on the massage rollers.
- Do not use hand-held power cords or hand-controlled cords, which may cause the body to
hang in the air and sway, and cause the core to disconnect and make it unable to work normal-
ly.
- Do not attempt to modify the frame structure or replace parts in ways not recommended by
the manufacturer.
If you find or notice any abnormalities in the operations/functions of the massage chair, stop use
immediately, disconnect from the power source, and contact the manufacturer.
- Always unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet immediately after use and before
cleaning.
- Only plug into a proper electrical outlet to reduce the risk of short-circuit and fire and do not
use if the power cord or plug is damaged.
- Do not plug or unplug the device by means of pulling/pushing on the power cord.
- Never plug/unplug with wet hands or use the chair with a wet body.
- Do not use any attachments or accessories other than those recommended by the
manufacturer.
- Do not attempt to personally repair, adjust, or modify any of the electrical or mechanical
functions. Please contact the manufacturer to request maintenance. All repairs, replace-
ments, and adjustments must be done by a professional from the manufacturer, its mainte-
nance department, or other department specified by the manufacturer.
- Do not damage or tamper with the wires or electric circuits.
- Do not operate if there are missing or damaged parts.
- Do not spill water or other liquids/corrosive gases onto the massage chair to avoid accidents
caused by short circuits or malfunctions.
- Do not use outdoors or in highly humid areas, such as bathrooms or saunas.
- Do not use if the surrounding temperature changes suddenly and drastically.
- Do not place near or by fire sources and flammable areas in order to avoid deformation,
discoloration, and damage to the equipment.
