OVERVIEW
White paste w/ slight odor. May cause eye, skin, nose, throat & respiratory tract irritation.
EFFECTS OF
OVEREXPOSURE
Eye Contact: May cause eye irritation; burning, redness, tearing & inflammation. Skin Contact: May irritate skin.
Prolonged or repeated contact can result in irritation & dermatitis/rash. Inhalation: May be harmful if inhaled. During
application & curing, product releases methanol, which may affect brain or nervous system. Overexposure by inhalation,
may injure liver. Ingestion: Harmful if swallowed. Ingestion may result in an obstruction when product hardens. Chronic
Hazards: Prolonged or repeated exposure may result in skin, respiratory, kidney or liver damage; skin irritation or
dermatitis. Vinyltrimethoxysilane may cause heart muscle damage, anemia & lung, liver & kidney damage.

SECTION 4 – FIRST AID MEASURES
SKIN CONTACT
Wash skin w/ soap & water. Get medical attention if irritation persists.
EYE CONTACT
Immediately flush eyes w/ copious amounts of water for 15 minutes until irritation subsides. Get medical
attention.
INHALATION
Remove subject to fresh air. If breathing difficult, leave area for fresh air. Get medical attention if irritation
persists.
INGESTION
If swallowed, call physician or poison control center for most current information. Do not induce vomiting,
unless directed by medical personnel.
