THE BCDC MOUNTING BRACKET The REDARC BCDC Mounting Bracket is designed to install your BCDC in the cool airflow at the front of your vehicle, away from high temperature areas for maximum performance. The BCDC Mounting Bracket is constructed from durable stainless steel and has been designed to fit existing mounting points in your vehicle for ease of installation. This manual outlines installation of the BCDCMB-006 mounting bracket in the Isuzu D-MAX and Holden Colorado RG.

TRIM REMOVAL - ISUZU D-MAX Step 1 • Remove the 4 plastic clips from the top of the radiator grille. Step 2 • Remove the Phillips head screw behind the front grille. Step 3 • • Reaching behind the grille, depress the 6 plastic retainer clips holding the grille to the bumper while gently pulling the grille forward. Now remove the grille completely and keep all fasteners for refitting. Note: Consult the vehicle manufacturers instruction manual for removal instructions if you are unsure of this step.
TRIM REMOVAL - HOLDEN COLORADO RG Step 1 • Remove the 8 Torx Screws from the plastic grille top using a T20 Torx tool. Step 2 • Remove the 6 x M6 bolts from the top steel panel. Step 3 • • 1 The steel panel can get caught on the bonnet catch lever during removal. Remove the top steel panel by: 1. Gently pulling the plastic grille forward to provide more clearance. 2. Lifting the steel panel forward to clear the bonnet catch lever. 3. Lifting the steel panel up and out of the vehicle.
INSTALLATION Step 1 • Fit the BCDC unit to the mounting bracket using the four M6x12 Pan Head Bolts and M6 Nylon Locking Nuts. Note: You may want to carry out any additional wiring for the BCDC before fitting to vehicle. Step 2 • Fit the suitable REDARC Fuse Kit (FK40 or FK60) as close as possible to battery according to the REDARC BCDC Instruction Manual.
INSTALLATION Step 4 • Align the BCDC bracket assembly with the latch mounting holes. Mount in place using the factory M6 bolts removed in Step 3. Step 5 • Using the supplied M6 x 20mm Hex Head Bolt and M6 Flanged Nylon Locking Nut, mount the lower foot on the hole where the wiring harness was previously connected. Step 6 • Tighten the M6 bolt to 7.5 Nm. Ensure the factory bolts are torqued to the vehicle manufacturers specifications.
TRIM REFITTING - ISUZU D-MAX Step 1 • Re-install the grille by pushing the 6 lower plastic retainer clips in place. The grille will now be held to the bumper. Step 2 • Align the 4 plastic clips at the top and re-install the Phillips head screw removed in Step 2 of D-MAX Trim Removal on Page 4. TRIM REFITTING - HOLDEN COLORADO RG Step 1 • Re-install steel top panel by reversing the process outlined in Step 3 of Colorado Trim Removal on Page 5.
