Alsocheckthemodelfordamagebeforeeachuse.Ifyoundanydamage,thecarmaynotbeusedany-
more and has to be taken out of operation.
Only original spare parts must be used to replace worn vehicle parts (e.g. tyres) or defective vehicle parts
(e.g. a broken transverse link).
Other maintenance work:
• Ifthevehicleisnotoperatedforanextendedperiod,put2-3dropsofafterrunoilintothemotorthroughtheglow
plug opening. Then turn the motor a few times by the cable pull. The special care oil removes aggressive combus-
tion residue and protects the motor from corrosion.
• Ifthevehicleistransportedornolongerused,removethefuelfromthetank.Use,e.g.thecorrespondingelectrical
tank pump for model vehicles for this.
 Thefuelisnotonlyasafetyrisk(dangerofreandexplosion)butdrawsmoistureifstandingforalongertimeorthe
methanol/nitromethane will evaporate. This leads to starting problems or a badly running motor.
c) Wheel Change
A matching socket wrench is required for wheel
change.
When screwing on the wheel, observe that the nut is
grooved on one side.
This grooved side must point to the wheel/rim and
serves to protect against independent loosening of
the nut.
Do not tighten the nut forcefully, however.
