9. Commissioning of the Model
a) Inserting the Drive Battery

Open the hull deck.
Thedrivebattery(1)mustbeattachedtothebottomofthebodywiththehook-and-looptapessothatitwillbekept
secure in its position even in rough operation.
 Observetighttoftherechargeablebattery.Werecommendthatthebatterybeattachedtothebattery
chute with an additional strip of hook-and-loop tape taped into the boat body, rather than only those present.
The material required for this is not part of the delivery and must be procured separately.
 Werecommendfasteningthecablesunderthehook-and-looptape(2)tokeepthecablesandplugconnec-
tions from coming into contact with water that has gotten into the model.
Figure 4, item 3 shows the water cooling outlet.
