10. Replacing the Ship's Propeller
Proceed as follows to replace the ship's propeller:
• Removethelocknutwithasuitabletool(notincluded)(gure7,item1).Toremovethenut,turnitcounter-clockwise
to the left.
• Removetheship'spropeller(gure7,item2)fromthedriveshaft.Forthis,holdtherearnutatthesterntube(gure
7, item 3) with a suitable tool (not enclosed). Now turn the ship's propeller counter-clockwise until it can be removed.
• Installthenewship'spropellerontothedriveshaftinthereversesequence.
