The speed controller offers a proportional brake force depending on the position of the transmitter lever. The maxi-
mumbrakeforceatfulldeectionisadjustablebetween25%,50%,75%,and100%.
A higher setting (e.g. 100%) decreases the braking distance, but has a negative impact on the lifespan of the engine
(especially the drive pinion and main gear).
c) Resetting the speed controller
Usethisfunctiontoresetallconguredsettingstothefactorydefaults(seegreymarkingsinthetableinchapter10.b).
Do the following:
• Switch on the transmitter. Leave the throttle/brake lever in the neutral position, do not move it.
• Turn on the speed controller by moving the slide switch in the direction of the setup button. The vehicle should now
be ready for operation, no LED will light up on the speed controller.
• PressandholdthesetupbuttonuntiltheredandgreenLEDsashtogetherslowly(theduocolourLEDproduces
amber light in this case).
• Nowturnoffthespeedcontrollerbysettingtheslideswitchtothe“OFF”position;seegureinchapter10.a)orb).
All settings will then be reset to their default values; see table in chapter 10. b).
Important!
Afteraresetofthespeedcontroller,youmustrstprogramtheneutralandfullthrottlepositions,asde-
scribed in chapter 10. a).
You can then change the default settings as described in chapter 10. b), if desired.
