19 Troubleshooting
This drone is built using the latest technology and is safe to use. During operation, you may experience some prob-
lems and malfunctions. Therefore, observe the following information on how to eliminate possible malfunctions.
Problem Cause Remedy
Quadcopter does not respond. Pairing fail. Switch the transmitter and quadcopter power off,
then repeat the pairing process.

The battery is empty. Recharge the battery.
Propellers keep spinning after
landing.
Throttle lever not held
in maximum down
position.
Hold the throttle lever at the maximum down posi-
tion for about 3 seconds until the propellers stop
spinning.
Cannot take off. Propellers not installed
correctly.

Low battery level Recharge the battery.
Not all propellers spinning at
the same speed.

Calibration failed. Place the quadcopter on a horizontal surface and
recalibrate the sensors.

Loose propellers. Check that the propellers are inserted all the way.
Push them in if needed.
