c) Setting the Shock Absorbers

Rear axle

A knurled wheel (1) permits adjustment of the spring pre-tension.

Professional drivers may install the shock absorbers at the dampener bridge (2) and at the lower transverse link (3) in

differentpositionstoadjusttheconductoftheshockabsorberswhendeectinginandout.

Always set the shock absorbers for one axle evenly (at the left and right wheels of the front or rear axle). Otherwise,

drivingbehaviourwillbeinuencednegatively.

Professionaldriversmayalsousespringswithadifferentstiffnessordamperoilofadifferentviscosityforllingthe

shock absorbers.

Modelvehiclebeginners,however,willnotndanydifferenceinthedrivingbehaviourhere.
