Place all wooden parts on a clean and smooth surface such as a rug or carpet to avoid the parts from being scratched.

Check to be sure that you have all parts and hardware.

Remove all wrapping materials, including staples & packing straps before you start to assemble.

Do not tighten all screws/bolts until completely assembled.

Keep all hardware parts and packaging out of reach of children.

Organize your parts and hardware before you begin.

Ivy League Swivel Chair • 9040 • INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1A: Attach Casters(E) to Base(A). (See Fig. 1) STEP 1B: Place Cylinder(F) into center of Base(A). STEP 2: Attach Chair Mechanism(G) to bottom of Seat Cushion(C) using 4 Short Bolts(H). Note: Make sure side of Mechanism(G) marked “Front” is facing the side of the Seat(C) also marked “Front” (see Fig. 2) F H C H G A H H A E Figure 1 E Figure 2 STEP 3 : Attach Back Cushion(D) to bottom of Seat Cushion(C) using 4 Short Bolts(H).

Ivy League Swivel Chair • 9040 • INSTRUCTIONS STEP 5A: Attach Arms(B) to Back Cushion(D) using 1 Long Bolt(I) per arm STEP 5B: Tighten all Short Bolts(H) STEP 6: Place assembled chair portion onto the Cylinder(F) and Base(A) by lining up the Cylinder(F) with the center of the Chair Mechanism(G).
