Stacking
HT/1508 Predator was designed to permit stacking of up to three (3) cabinets on top of each other to create
a line array. Doing so permits acousc cross-coupling that makes REL line arrays produce more than the sum
of the parts.
The rails on each Predator have cutouts on the boom so that they t around AND self-align to the top
plate of the subwoofer. Each foot has a so, closed-cell foam pad on the boom to protect the line grained
composite of the cabinet below. Please remove the plasc covering on the pad prior to stacking taking care
to place the second sub on top of the rst carefully to avoid scratching the polished top plate.
Metal RELcouplers™ are included in your packaging to secure each sub to the sub below safely. These are
made of thick aluminum and lock the subs together using the hardware provided. The fasteners require a
6mm hex wrench to ghten.
