5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Renin warrants all components for its solid engineered wood doors against defects in workmanship and materials
subject to ordinary wear and tear, for the life of these products. This includes panel components, tracks, guides &
rollers and hardware.
This warranty does not apply to damage due to abuse, mishandling, improper installation or use, exposure to
chemical and/ or abrasive cleaners and foreign matters, which includes drippings from ceiling materials or paint.
Wood sections should be cleaned only with a 5% mild soap and 95% water solution on a damp soft cloth and dried
with a soft cloth. Do not use wax furniture polish, bleach or chlorine based cleaners, alcohol, solvents or other similar
agents. Do not clean with sharp or abrasive instruments.
This warranty also excludes materials place on the back or edges of product by others or treatments applied outside
the continental United States. This warranty does not extend to any labor charges incurred in the removal,
re-installation or replacement of any defective products or parts thereof.
In the event of a defect, malfunction or other failure of the product to which the warranty applies, Renin will remedy
the failure or defect, without charge to the consumer within (30) days from actual receipt of the product, or refund
of the purchase price at Renin’s discretion.
To obtain performance under this warranty, the consumer should contact Renin Customer Service Department at
1-800-257-4093, between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday. This limited warranty is given to the original
purchaser only, and is in lieu of all others including the implied warranty merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose and excludes all incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, return of merchandise, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
