DANGER FROM OTHER CAUSES
• Neverleavetheapplianceexposedtotheelements(rain,sunshine,etc.).
• Neverplacetheapplianceonorneartosourcesofheat.
• Makesurethatthepowercorddoesnotcomeintocontactwithhotsurfaces.
• Neverpointsteamjetsinthedirectionofpeople,animalsorplantsortowards
appliancesthatcontainelectricalparts(e.g.,oveninteriors).
• Neverdirectsteamjetsontotheapplianceitself.
• Neverimmersethebodyoftheappliance,plugorpowercordinwaterorother
liquids; clean them with a damp cloth.‘
• Neverusetheapplianceifthepowercordorplugaredamagedoriftheappli-
ance is faulty / damaged.
• Allrepairs,includingthereplacementofthepowercord,mustonlybecarried
out by Reliable corporation or technicians authorized by Reliable.
• Thisappliancehasbeendesignedfordomesticuseonlyandmaynotbeused
forcommercialorindustrialpurposes.Thisapplianceisforhouseholduseonly.
• Duringuse,theappliancecontainspressurisedsteam:improperusecan
bedangerous.Theapplianceisdesignedfordomesticuseonly,asstatedin
themanual.Themanufacturercannotacceptanyliabilityfordamagecause
through improper or incorrect use of the appliance.
• Whentheapplianceisnotinuse,alwayslockthesteamdispensingbutton.
DANGER OF SCALDS
• Ifthesteambuttonispressedbeforetheboilerhasreachedtheoptimum
temperature, then water instead of steam could come out of the nozzle.
• Nevertouchhotsurfaceswhileusingtheproduct.Leaveattachmentstocool
before replacing them.
• Evenwhentheapplianceisnotinoperation,unplugitfromthepoweroutlet
and leave it to cool before inserting or removing single parts or before
cleaning it.
NEVER OPEN THE CAP ON THE BOILER TANK DURING USE. BEFORE
UNSCREWING THE CAP ON THE BOILER TANK, PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:
• Switchofftheapplianceatthemainswitch.
• Bleedouttheremainingpressurefromtheboilertank,usingthesteambutton
onthehandlepointingthejetintoasuitablecontainer.
• Leavetheappliancetocoolforafewminutes;slowlyloosentheboilertank
cap, part of the way and wait for a few seconds
• Unplugthepowercordfromthepoweroutlet.
