To receive an encryption key from a source
radio, select the channel deignated as the
OTAR channel and wait for the transmission
from the Source radio
If the key is successfully received the Key
Received message will appear on the LCD.
Cycle radio power to clear the message.
NOTE: There is no message for an
unsuccessful attempt to receive a key.
