Transmit Time-out Timer
Transmit Time-out Timer determines
maximum time allowed per push-to-talk.
The time-out time can be set from Off to 225
seconds.
Five seconds prior to reaching the
programmed time limit the radio will emit a
warning tone. At the end of the programmed
time an audible warning signal is emitted and
the display shows "Tx Timeout"
To re-transmit, release the PTT and re-press.
To edit the setting select "Tx Timeout" from
the System menu.
Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the
setting in 15 second increments.
Press "ENTER" to set the selection.
