Problem Possible Cause Action
A ash of light is not emitted
when I press the Flash Button
The Treatment Head is not in
full contact with the skin.
You have not waited enough
time between ashes.
The Treatment Head needs to
be replaced; the LCD display
will show the ‘Bulb Life Empty’
icon and will be ashing on

Check that the Treatment Head
is touching your skin. The device
will not ash unless the
Treatment Head is making full
contact with the skin.
The device requires
approximately 5 seconds to
recharge between ashes. When
the device is ready to ash
again, the light will become
solid green.
Ensure the Bulb Life Icon is not
empty and ashing.
If it is ashing; turn the device
o and replace the Treatment
Head.
