Due to there is no antenna on the module, this LMA submission is restricted to a specific host which
includestheentireboardandchipantennaasitisshownonpage1~2ofthisusermanual.Thismodule
willbeintegratedbyRemoteTech nologiesIncorporatedonly,andwillbe
notsoldorusedtotheother
OEMintegrators.
1.Theantennamustbeinstalledsuchthat20cmismaintainedtheantennaandusers.
2.ThisTransmittermustnotbeco‐locatedoroperatinginconjunctionwithanyotherantennaor
transmitter.
3.TheW3008cWLANantennawith2.2
dBigainwasverifiedintheconformitytesting.Theantennatype
isChipantenna.ThemodelnumberisW3008cWLANAntenna.ThemanufacturerisPulseElectronics.
Radiatedtransmitpowermustbeequaltoorlowerthanth atspecifiedintheFCC/ICGrantof
EquipmentAuthorizationforFCCID:MMURTI2100and
IC:3166A‐RTI2100.Aseparateapprovalis
requiredforallotherantennatype,orhighergainantenna
Thismoduledoesnotownitsantennaonitself,andth eantennaisplacedonthespecifichostasthe
restrictedconditionofthisLMA.Thatantennacouldcomplywiththeantennarequirement
becauseitis
apermanentlyattachedsurfacemountantenna.
ThisisaLMAsubmissionwhichisrestrictedforthespe cifichost.Themoduleisinstalledonthatspecific
hostfortheStand‐Aloneconfiguration.TheHostHardwareRevisionofHostPCBisT3xRevD1.The
Host‐ModuleDriverVersionisv8.1.4.4.Themoduleandantennacanonlybeinstalled
andrepairedby
RTI.
Attention:ThisRFModuleownsitsRFshieldingcase,buttheholesoftheshieldisnotsmallerthanthe
wavelengthoftheradiationthatisbeingblocked,soaLimitedModularApproval(LMA)wasgranted:
ThisRFmoduleisstrictlylimitedtotheintegrationby
theGranteehimself.
Propermeasurementsofthehostdevicein cludingthisRFmodule(radiatedspuriousemissionsand
bandedge)arerequiredtoassurecompliancewiththeFCCregulations.ThisRFModulemustnotbesold
tothegeneralpublic.
