These bits hold the user-mode access control bits (REPAGEn.UAC[2:0]) for the region where the instruction memory-
protection error was generated.
If the error was generated in an overlap between regions, the value stored here is the logical OR of the user-mode access
control bits for the corresponding regions (including the background region).
