13.3.6 Timer I/O Control Register 1 (TIOR1)
TIOR1 selects the functions of GRC and GRD, and specifies the functions of the FTIOC and
FTIOD pins.

00: Input capture at rising edge at the FTIOD pin
01: Input capture at falling edge at the FTIOD pin
1x: Input capture at rising edge and falling edge at the FTIOD
pin
